I want someone to tell me with great detail what is so wrong with different sexualitys.
SO many people are making such big deals about it.
Is there something different about homosexual people?
or bisexuals?
than people who ate heterosexual?
I understand religious reasons, because that is what they have been taught.
But why do some people just dislike the idea? wacko.gif

Reasons please?!

Because anal sex makes people squemish.

(I, personally, don't have a problem with it... homosexuality that is.)

^that's just being immature. They need to grow up. Homosexuals are still people, afterall.

I mean it doesn't matter if you think that kinda action is disgusting, but people have to realize that not everyone can be what you want them to be... just keep it to yourself if you don't like ti

I think people just, you know, dislike them because I don't know how to explain it cause it's hard to. Like... I guess it's kind of a minority case, isn't it? Kind of. Not EXACTLY like one.

I don't believe that people are making THAT much of a deal with people that are not straight, things have changed these few years, people are starting to really understand more, and tolerate it like they should have always.
People are actually discussing if gay marriage should be legalized and more people don't have to hide their sexuality.
My whole point is, is that at least the people that are fine with other peoples' sexuality has increased than the past.
I think that people that dislike the idea of homosexuality and what not, is probably because most of them were brought up to be homophobic, they probably do think that their sexual activity is unhealthy (since a long time ago people would think that homosexuals spread STDs), or isolated from other people.

gahhh I'm not used to typing up long posts, but yeah. if you can make sense out of this blurb go ahead. hah

you have good points. and i made sense out of that :P . but yet, so many teenagers are so like..judgemental. and like "OMFG! NOO THAT'S WRONG!" and it's not. In my opinon. But yet I guess some people where just brought up to be that way. and thereisn't much we can do. but ehh..yeah i dunno LOL
basiclly
good points.

I personally don't understand the fuss too much myself.
Maybe some have limited views on the subject of sexuality?
So they go "AHHHH AHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHH THAT'S NOT RIGHT.
MY EYES. THEY BLEED. OH WHAT HAS THE WORLD COME TO?!"

My parents are lovely example of people with..
They're fine with me telling them about the sexuality of my friends but..
They still have horrible thoughts going towards homosexuals.
They think it's because of incest that occur in the
familylines that causes gay people to appear on earth. shrug.gif

Don't even get me started on their views on bi-sexuals.. mellow.gif

Yeah, most people brought up to hate homosexuals will never change their mind without some major liberation. They should be left alone, they are just the same as black and white people, and since when was it a sin for a black person to marry a white person?

I agree with xlinh, about the increasing number of people who are more tolerable and understanding of homosexuality. But if you ask me, if anything, teenagers are the ones who are probably the most open about it. I don't know, it could just be me, or the area I live in, because so many students at my high school are coming out as bisexual, lesbian, or gay. I don't know if they're doing so because it seems that to some people it's sort of a "fad" to be homosexual, but when we have had class discussions about it, they're serious enough to show that they support homosexuality. Not everyone, mind you. But quite a bit.

People in general, tend to be afraid of what they do not understand. When homosexuality was a new thing to the human population, people were afraid of it and thus critiscized those who are homosexual. Now the idea of homosexuality is becoming more common, that people are starting to become used to it, and be more tolerable of it.

people have been so used to a man-woman relationship that it's not ordinary to see a man-man/woman-woman relationship. i don't find anything wrong with it, homophobia is just as stupid and ridiculous as racism, if you ask me.

what i think is more ridiculous is that george bush wants to make gay marriage illegal, and making an amendment or something my english teacher was ranmbling about. it's quite foolish because i guess his daughter's gay yet is married and are having children? who knows?

People are born they way they are supposed to be.
Not everybody realizes this; instead, they question others about the differences they have from each other (obviously, it's not just sexuality). They believe what they see on TV, about the perfect families. It's upsetting to me, because everybody's different.

Because people don't know how to mind their own business. People will rant, rave and spend their time picketing against something that in no way affects them. No idea why. I blame it on the way people are raised. Parents pass down hatred to their children the majority of the time.
