no, it doesn't mean you're stupid.
if your whole family consists of musical prodigies and you aren't a musical prodigy, are you stupid? that's silly. i suppose if you grew up with people using chopsticks all around you, then we'd all assume you knew how to use chopsticks. but if you didn't, that's no reason to call you stupid. |

I wouldn't think so, people are different. I didn't know how to use chopsticks til' I was around 9 or so. Although I never tried til around that age too.
