Why do people love the winter so much? |

I mean yeah it's a good season of holiday cheer, spirit, celebrations .. but I don't really like it. It's a period where people be catching the flus, fever, all kinds of shit .. plus, I hate snow .. makes me do more work outside shoveling out the snow, too cold to go outside, roads would get messed up ..and when I ask my parents "can I go out for today" .. they would always complain about the weather condition. plus I got more summer clothes than winter clothes, i gotta save up some cash to get me some long sleeves seriously .. it's bad for me.
Summer > Winter ..

I don't really like winter. I love Christmas time, but the rest of it can just leave. I hate being cold. I get pissed when I'm cold.
 It's so... miserable. At least when you're hot you can drink, eat cold stuff like snow cones (ironic, I know) and go swimming. In the Winter, all you can do is just sit there and freeeezze. -_-'

I actually prefer summer. Winter is too cold--and by the end of the season I'm dead broke.

I hate being cold but I like snow.
 I actually like the winter weather we are having in Florida right now. Not too cold and not too hot. |

I like summer better than winter, but winter's okay with me. Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa are probably the reasons people like December though.

Snow is awesome. But not if you get caught in a snowstorm.
I don't like the winter too much either, because it too freezing at times. I mean, I like it when it's around 40-60, but I hate anything under that. And you won't get sick if you have a good diet with lots of vitamin C.

I like Snow and I like the winter sometimes.
Slipping on ice sucks though, and being cold. Christmas is good. Thats basically it, and it gives me a reason to drink hot chocolate and wear scarfs (I love scarfs). A lot of people like winter because they like snowboarding/skiing, and some people like being cold.

I love the Winter, but Im in Cali so it's different here. It gets hella cold & rainy/haily but it never snows, which sucks. But I love it because I just get to be comfortable in my sweater & puff jacket, kick it by the fire and its the good nights when you go out to restaraunts with friends and kick it at their houses, craaaackin ass parties start happening everywhere cos nobody can do shit outside. Plus, kissing in the rain is hella cute and it only rains here in the winter and partly spring. Plus, i just like cold weather =\

you get to cuddle when you're cold (or just because) you get to wear a ton of layers and not look like a freak egg nog candles holidays and family |

Summer = You rest. People are more active. You go to beaches. You feel warm/hot most of the time. You see the hot girls in bikinies and mini skirts. You create a lot of memories. You can feel cool. You get ice cream and slushies baby. You travel. What are some things you CAN'T do in the summer? God damn, LOL.
Winter = Yeah you celebrate, have a good time ... meanwhile, you suffer sometimes. |

I don't like the cold or bad weather but I love seeing most people so cheerful and high-spirited during the holiday season. I like a moderate amount of snow, snowmen, and snowball fights. :)

Anyways, this winter hasn't been that bad. It didn't snow, it wasn't that cold, and I started a new school so I didn't have to get actual presents for anyone. But ususally I hate winter. |
