Hi,
I have found myself continually looking at porn. I want to stop, and tell myself I won't do it anymore, but it still happens. Does anyone have any advice as to methods of stopping? |

just keep yourself bussy, get a hobby that involves tedous tasks that keep your mind bussy. if you feel like look at the shit...just go do something else till its off your mind... its just a simple mind over matter trick... you can use it for almost any bad habbit.
