This is a RANDOM question!

You know when you open up a pad, one end is a little longer than the other?
Yeah?

Maybe not with all pads, but I use Always and that's how those pads are.

So here's my question:
Do you put the longer end in the front of your panties, or in the back?

Why would I be embarrassed about putting a pad on turned-around?
I don't pride myself on my knowledge of pads, lol, and there are plenty of REAL things to be embarrassed about in the world.

Stop being so insecure and hostile.

You're supposed to put it in the back. cuz usually when you have you're period the blood tends to move backwards toward the butt area. so ur supposed to put the long end at the back to prevent the blood from seeping through ur underwear and pants.

I would think it would go on the back, I don't wear pads so I really wouldn't know. But I put back on the poll.

Yeah I put the longer part in the back since most of the blood gets to the back.

As everybody said, the longer part goes in the back. When you're using overnight pads, it depends on what side of your body you usually sleep on. If you sleep on the side, put it in the middle of your undies. If you sleep on your back, put the longer side ON THE BACK, or it'll leak into your bedsheet. If you sleep on your stomach, put the longer side ON THE FRONT, and blah blah leaking.

We do this to avoid leaking as much as possible. For instance, we put the longer side of the pad on the back because the menstrual blood tends to flow down under instead of going straight on the pad when you're sitting.

Get it? XD

Longer end at the back, because you're more likely to lean back than to lean forward.

Depends on your preference, though. Over time you'll figure out how things go, and you can adjust your pad to fit with that.

^Unless you're sleeping on your stomach, and stuff like that, you would probably put it in the front. But pads are manufatured that the long end goes at the back.

back of course, because blood seeps toward the back, and especially when you sleep. so therefore, it would be most logical, and if you buy the ones for heavy-flow, the back end of the pad, is...very long. so yeah.

the only pads that have different length-ed ends are the overnight ones. the long end goes in the back so that when you turn over or something it doesn't leak out.
