well when i was self consious and i felt bad about myself i used to cut thats what im talking about.

that's sad i used too. i feel bad for him. i know what he's going through. and then people are like just stop that's stupid but they don't understand it becomes like a drug sorta.

Cuts are a form of defeat. Why hurt yourself and make everything worse? everyone has their own problems and burdens, but that doesn't mean resort to physical pain. Life is full of lessons and one of the things you learn is that you never run away or back away. Everything get's too sad once you do.

psh sometimes being there just isn't enough, Ian. Having someone is just isn't enough. When you don't have self-respect that's when you know you don't have anything at all.

yeah and sometimes it's like you wanna stop hurting so bad mentally so you hurt yourself phisically(wow spelling lol) because you think it will make you stop hurting so bad mentally.

lol. to me now that sounds crazy but it's true that's how i felt when i used to do it.
