You can't, it's illegal. If you do, you could recieve a lawsuit

Um I didn't know it was illegal. But since it obviously is. They take them mostly from othersites that do it and put themselves at the risk of that. Go ahead by clicking that link. There so many sites around you should be able to find what you need. But your choice.

Well, there are legal programs that are made for the purpose of screencapping. And none of those companies have been sued or what not...

You have to just find the right program if you want to do it yourself.

Yeah, you can't just prest print screen, you have to buy a program. They have special licences

Well. What do you mean by own videos? Videos YOU shot with a camera, then sure.
