I should be certified since I did a whole course on it last year, but I STILL haven't gotten my first aid certificate yet.

I'm hoping to sign up for it at my university's athletic center soon because I had forgotten to do so for October. Either that or from the Canadian Red Cross. :)

Not yet. I know dozens and dozens who are, and I always tease them about "kissing" a dummy, but I know it's a very useful skill. When CPR training comes around, I'll definitely go.

^ Don't ever attempt to do it if you aren't certified. If you do it a few inches too high they are instantly dead.

Yeah, certified CPR, AED and first aid.

Fun stuff. They are actually changing it to 30 compressions 2 breaths within the next three years.

In my health class back in the 8th grade it was required that we become CPR certified. That was like 100 years ago and I've since forgotten how it goes.

It depends on where you take it. I've gotten certified in a day at one place but the next year it was over a span of 10 weeks.
