oh yeah i like thursday! and fftl and anti-flag and then the classic's green day and blink-182.

Huh? Classics?! Green Day and Blink 182? What the f**k are you talking about?
Classic punk happened over a decade before Green Day. Not classic in the least. And, Blink 182? Huh!?

Jesus, I'm just going to posit that this club don't know shit about Punk Rock. As for the other respective genres addressed inside this lame cookie cutter cock club, I could care less. But, f**k.

Alright, no apologies. But, I am f**king frustrated as hell right now. Eh eh eh. sad.gif

I'm frustrated over all kinds of other things, this was just the rat poison on the pizza pizza pizza pie. I'm having a bad day today. But, f**k.

Aye, Pop punk is definately punk. But, just not classic punk. And, I mean, if you're going to be in a club that professes any kind of love for punk at all, members should have a range of knowledge that at least extends to Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, and the Bad Brains. I mean, f**k, Green Day? Seriously, they're awful jackasses. This might as well just be the "mainstream club." Bah.

Not to be rude, but i wouldn't just come in here and bash this club and call it 'crappy' I personally would find that a little rude. Sorry sad.gif

Everyone has a different opinion on music, and if your just going to get mad at them because they don't know exactly what their talking about they may not want to be in the club or participate at all.

QUOTE
One of the most versitile and long lasting genre of music alive today. Disregarding some peoples beliefs, Ska makes itself individualised by its brass section, walking basslines and offbeat guitar chords. There were 3 waves of ska; Trad, 2 tone and 3rd wave but most bands today are 3rd wave caus its totally cool. It has derived from alot of influences, of which jazz, reggae, swing and punk would be the most prominant. Suits, big shades and dancin' shoes are usually worn at a ska concert.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=ska

I haven't exactly heard it either, but you can go to PureVolume and listen to some ska bands..
