Over 3 weeks in the summer I spent with my cousins we watched this show. She actually does have some interesting topics at times. We watched on when this girls boyfriend was beating her. He ended up crying and stuff, although it made me want to scream what a bastard. It looked like he was completely fake about it and just wanted people to get off his back so he started crying pinch.gif

One time they had people that had really longgg hair and they got it cut for their first time in their whole life. That was rather funny although they looked neat with short hair after the styling and such.

^^^ omg omg omg really? ahahaha my mom suggested I do that (go on Tyra's) when I get my hair cut. I've never got it cut my whole life either. So it turns out she already already did that topic? sad.gif Does that mean she won't have it anymore?

Anyways, yess I love the Tyra show. I watch it almost everyday after school. I love her! Today I watched the episode with the online predators aiming at teens and stuff. I got scared.

Ah, I hate it when tv shows are covering online predators. Honestly I think if your smart enough and you know not to act stupid and give out really personal stuff about yourself. [IE: Address, phone numbers, etc.]
Then you'll be fine. Anyone that has ever been stalked or anything it was because they gave out way to much personal info about themselves.

-shrugs- its a sticky topic for me since I met my boyfriend on myspace and then we've met and everythings fine. And people get all over me about how hes going to rape me or something blink.gif

Its a nice show. ^ and you never know they could do the topic again. It seems as if shes all for helping people.

^Oh god what was the Nichole one about?
I think it was pretty lame of her to go and be aneroxic or what ever she decided to be. Yet its a good thing she got through her life struggles and shes better now? Or atleast I think she is. I don't pay much mind to people that don't have minds for themselves and go and turn on starving diets so they'll be liked more.

well she seems happy. however her make up was terrible! but...they showed pictures to her of her when she was like 125 lbs and pictures from recently. and when she responded to them it sounded like rehearsed or something.

i don't think she's anorexic but i miss her being a bit chubbier =P

As much as I love Tyra, I think she's trying to hard to be like Oprah or something (then again - who can blame her? I WANT TO BE OPRAH). But yeah, hey, if it's actually a success, more power to her.

i like her show, but i really do think she's trying too hard to be... cool? and appeal to the younger generation. like ANTM, it can get a little too flamboyant.

I know you're not referring to ones like the episode where she said, "Dookie" about twenty million times, right?

I really enjoy the show, like yesterday was all about skin, I learned some things that I myself can use. To me she seems like totally down to earth, I mean, what celeb would take off all their makeup on TV?

I love Tyras show fo the sheer fact that it proves shes a real person (like the episode she showed her body slimmer suit thingy) and like when she did the fat suit and then did the undercover stripper thing, and then got the x-ray to prove her boobies werent fake. I just love that shes real and that she has all this money and uses it to help people. Like she helped this girl establish her own clothing line, and I think thats so amazing. And she makes a lot of peoples dreams come true. and most people don't do that, and she certainly doesnt have to. And I like it because I relate to her and her guests better than I do the people on Oprah. Like I love oprah, but tyras show fits me better.
