Well, if you live where I live partying always disturbs the peace. Bay slaps, which have a LOT of bass are always goin' REAL REAL loud and people are all whooping and making party sounds Lol. Fights usually break out from other sides of Hayward or other cities or something.

My typical divorced neighbor(maderin female) is really annoying when she talks shit about people. she talks about ... how people skin are ugly old, skinny, fat, and all the bullshit to my MOM.

yesh well their old people not that old but old in my opinion-late or early 20s or something, they have frequent parties with loud music and screamign and stuff, and we live in a QUIET AND PEACEFUL neighborhood and they just mess it up

when my family lived in a appartment our upstairs neighbors had a three o'clock routine where they would take a shower, vacuum andrun on a treadmill and it would wake you up every single night

My neighbors are all old people so ... If I had a party.. the cops would be called. :-/

Yeah, my upstairs neighbor (I live in an apartment too) keeps stomping on the ground whenever he walks. And, he has a little kid who is always running around, hitting the ground, etc and I can hear the noise and it annoys me so much because it happens all the time. I even tried speaking with him, but he just shrugged it off and kept doing it! Grrr...

It's not so much that my neighbors are loud or anything because they're usually not, but my neighbors on the right's yard is just freaking ugly. They have all these cars that they work on and their lawn is crap. And we live in a very strict community so everyone hates them because they don't follow the rules.

I hate it when my upstairs neighbors fix things at midnight. I mean, there's a time to bang a hammer against the wall and it's not when the rest of the city is trying to sleep!

Ah, well atleast you don't have like "redneck" type neighbors that drink all the time and play this annoying country music extremely loud and yell about dumb stuff.

Then our other neighbors are decent people.

I remember at my moms old house she use to live right beside this family and all her sons played the trumpet [sp] and well it would echo through the walls.

i have this reallly "REALLY" annoying neighbor who likes being noisy.. and all my other neighbors around me ..BITCH AND BITCH.. I mean one year [We go up and buy fireworks illegaly.. my dad dose..] and we were shooting em off a couple of my nice neighbors came to watch having a small, noiseie less party.. and everyone was having a good ol time.. a couple minutes later we launch somthing in the air and a little noise.. the cops show up..

Heres another one sence "were blocking a water view" [We life near water] and we were putting a shed up somone for the water[like take care of it..a cop but diffenret] said no.. your blocking peoples views...

My neighbors are killer and i have many more storeis but time is consumeing and i dont feel like telling you guys but you get the idea../

There is like this morbidly obese kid that lives above me and he like to jump on his bed a lot. He cracked my ceiling. Now I don't sleep in my room that much anymore because i think my ceiling will cave in on me

I had couples living upstair of my apartment. They would always fight. THROW STUFF MAKE GLASSES SHATTERED SOUND.

yelling outside like crazy and crying saying "fk you" to each other -___-; omg i wanted to call 911 seriously. but im so glad they moved out phew.

I don't get why people just complain and not do anything. If my neighbors pissed me off or annoyed me with their loud music/whatever I'd call the cops.

i used to. it was a old man. i can't say old but he was grumpy all the time. and i remember once they ringed the doorbell and they ringed the wrong one cause it was for him (i live in a apartment) so he freaked out and was like why the h*ll are you here?!? and at like 12 in the morning he would ring our doorbell for no reason but he was always grumpy cause his wife and kids left him. when i found out i felt soo bad

I'm actually friends with my neighbors. Sort of, I guess. And if I called the cops or something, it'd be pretty awkward.

Yeah. There are only 3 apartments in our place above the daycare business and right now number 3 is the obnoxious one..the second one moved out and an older lady moved in..so she's no bothersome...its just the 3rd one..I've only called the cops on them twice..We live by like three bars, btw.

#1 time- They had a party and it went back to the point where the girl was screaming bloody murder to get the heck away from her, ethan...and there was hitting going on and they ran into my living room while my husband was at work third shift around 1-2am.

#2 time- Somebody was drunk and pissed off at a girl again from apartment three and was banging on the outside door so loud that it like idk how to explain it..but it startled and was like what the heck is goin' on? So before they even thought about runnin' in my place again..I called the cops on them that time so they could shuut up.


Othertimes they have had the cops called on them for other reasons..not by us..One time we came home and two of them were walking down the stairs in cuffs. Ugh. I'm so happy to have a normal person in number 2..but number 3 irritates the crap out of me..plus they've thrown garbage bags like 8 of them in our closet that is out in the hallway next to our door..

Actually, when we first moved into this house, we were re-doing the hardwood floors because they were all scratched. It was in the middle of the afternoon and some cops came and told us we were being too loud We later found out that our neighbors called them. That's what you get for being old with kids moved out
