Hey that's pretty nice. But some parts of the words gets hard to read because of the transparency of the blog. Oh and I read the blog too,

Its pretty neat for your first, the design is a little off though, at the top of the image [main image] it looks good, but as you go towards the bottom you just got images and placed them over each other I think it would have matched the top part better if you blended those together rather.
Its really good though I think. Flowers to you.

Its good for a first but I think the content needs more of a place in the design. It seems like, and I could be wrong, that when you made the image you didn't really have a clear place for the content as it seems to just be stuck ontop of the image.
I think you should find a way to make the content merge with the image not overlap it...kind of create a harmony between the two? |

It's very good for your first.
Only things that stick out to me is that you can't see the date of the blog unless you highlight it. The content kind of looks like it was just thrown there. Hm, maybe make an end on the right side to the layout, 'cause it kind of just stops like it's cut off. Regardless, it's very nice.
