any suggestions on hair treatments such as hot oils or whatever hair treatments that you;ve used? thaaanks biggrin.gif

i htink she's talking abou thair therapy maybe, well the best thing you can really do is get a good shampoo really, without going TOTALLY over budget, but be careful what you hear because commercials do lie of course.

i recomend
dove, head and shoulders, and really whatever looks good to you

I've tried the Alberto VO5 hot oil and I LOVED what it did to my hair

you can alway's heat up some olive oil (not too hot) and apply it to the ends of your hair if you dont want to splurge. leave it on for about 20 min and wash off.

i heard its good to put avacados in your hair? and and once in a while you use bottled water i heard it was reeeeallly good it like make syour hair more shiner and healthier

rain water is suposidly good for your hair.
my mum sed that when she was younger like my age that she used to keep a bucket outside and when it rained the bucket filled up and she used that to rinse her hair with. makes it all soft.

i doubt that would work very well in California though...

I'm probably gunna have to use some of these lol. Ever since puberty my hairs gone to wavy, not as soft or shiny as it used to be lol.

Yep, I'm starting to get moy moms hair, she used to have the really good hair then when she hit puberty it sorta flipped out lol.Same thing happened to me. laugh.gif

I heard olive oil works, some person was telling me how this woman use to put it in her hair everyday, and her hair was gorgeous.

I personally wouldn't try it. I think shampoo and conditioner is just fine in my book. happy.gif

ermm.. u can do it both way's but i usally just do it in the shower when my hair's wet.

i've never really heard of any of this stuff...
as for shampoos, i use fructis (because they have so many for different hair types), herbal essences and brilliant brunette (they have the same brand for different colours, too).

Hot oil? blink.gif Nah.
Get a good shampoo like Dove, Head And Shoulders, and etc. Deep conditioner works too.
