I think that in order for this question to be properly answered, those answering it would have had to experience true love. I tried to think this through, but my answer remains: I don't know. Anything doesn't seem like enough. I would want to do EVERYTHING in my power to show my undying affection.

For a guy, of course.

if you really loved someone you would do anything for them cuz when you love someone you care more about them than anyone else. he doesnt sound like the "b****" in the relationship he just sounds like if he really loved someone he knows that he would do anything to keep that person happy... its not like ur spoliing her becuase most people dont have to jump in front of cars everyday to save the person they love but hes just saying if it had to be done he would do it in a heartbeat becuase he loves her. stupid things like fukcing a goat... yah most g/f wouldnt actually (unless there kidding around) ask there b/f to do that? i mean theres no point to that... it wouldnt do anything for the girl... unless shes fcking weird... but newyas oo and the "equal value of happiness amongst both Persons.." well then if the girl really loves him the same as he loves her then she would say the same things... she would jump in front of a car to save him as much as he wouldnt want her to do that... just my opinon too... mellow.gif

You can't explain what you would do if you loved someone there are so many senarios in witch you could show love here I'll name a few in witch I showed love:

*I am reffeing to specific people in these statments, but over the course of 4 relationships*

-I bought her cloths becuase she was poor and couldn't afford to purchase new cloths on her own...
-I made her a card, and it took me four hours
-I listened to things that made me breakinside
-I made sure I said good night every day even if she didn't hear me
-I listened to her and laughed at her funny jokes and antics
-I stuck by her even when she was the most embarrassing thing in the world
-I hugged her when she was sad
-I let her know that I care
-I told her how I felt
-I told her what I was scared of...
-I cried becuase I missed her so much
-I didn't have sex with her... even though she wanted to have sex with me
-I spent time with her
-I looked at all the little things she did, and wanted to understand why she did them...
-I made effort to understand her
-I shared with her my deepest thoughts
-I told her my dreams
-I told her when I did something stupid
-I let her love me back
-I loved her
-I love her
-I wrote her poems to make her feel better
-I appologized when I made mistakes
-I forgave her when she made mistakes

This is me... things that I have done...

Questions are easy to ask. True answers are hard to give. But one does not learn by asking questions without giving and receiving answers.

He spelled "intelligent" incorrectly in his Introductions thread. ohmy.gif

Yes, Holly, I am afraid I do not seem very open. But maybe it is because you are asking the wrong questions. I am sorry if it sounds like I am trying to appear intellegent. However, I do not think I shall be changing the way I write anytime soon.

femme_fatale4160, most likely it is what is highly unusual about me that intrigues you.

Certainly. However, I do not intend to learn from this topic. I have asked myself this question and answered it myself, and have thus learned something about myself. It is my hopes others shall do the same.

I suppose I do make mistakes. I shall try not to make anymore in the future.

As for my answer. I suppose it depends on the conditions. For instance, does she love me back? I suppose would trade my life for her's, but it would be because I would not be able to live without her, if she were someone I really loved. I would reject her, curse her, and drive her away if I believed it the best for her. I would leave her, no matter what pain it may cause, if it helped her.

That is the best I can tell you. The rest is an indescribable feeling.

well I guess I'll answer your question with a serious one since I've grown to like your personality a bit ermm.gif

Well me Im a believer, I hope, I dream, and I wish. As for me, I don't think I'd care for the circumstance of the situation. In everyway I can help her, to relieve her pain, and to stop the tears I'd do all I can. Even if I need to sacrifice a life for her to live, I'd sacrifice. Even if she needed a part of my organs for her to survive, I'll give it to her not because I love her, it's because I know instinctively it's the right thing to do. Though I may be scared at times that I may end up losing her. I wouldn't think any less of her because I know she keeps me strong. I wouldn't need to keep fighting on for her because theres not 1 in the relationship it's both of us, instead of me holding everything on my shoulders, she would be there to support me, I wouldn't need to ask myself what needs to be done for someone you love, her enough is alone to tell me that I shouldn't doubt the love that ties the bond between us, but as I said I know it instinctively.
