What is a fear that you have that you think is funny?


I sam afraid of plug sockets at night because they look like they are going to attack me

So is my friend. I went to the park one day with some of my friends and she stayed in the car because she saw a squirrel

I know someone who is afraid of ducks. When we would walk through a park with ducks, he would run away from them. We all laughed at him and called him silly. Now that I think about it, he was probably attacked by ducks when he was little. It does not seem so funny now.

I'm scared to expose my neck when I'm sleeping because I'm afraid some crazy psychotic murderer will slip into my room at night and slit my neck and watch me bleed to death.

My friend's reeeeeeally scared of whales. We all laugh at it. Because...really now. Whales? They're friendly mammals. She's especially scared of beluga whales. Yeah, those smooth, white whales, one of the friendliest animals on the face of the earth.

I watched a Maury episode where a woman was deathly afraid of chalk. I first thought someone had paid her to do it, but shrug.gif .

I'm scared of leaving my window wide open while sleeping. I always leave it a little open and close the blinds. And of course, I'm afraid of spiders, scorpions, house lizards, snakes, centipedes, blah blah blah.

I have a friend who's afraid of pigeons. He liked jumped and ducked when he saw one flying towards him. o_O

ahh. i saw a pack of three with my friend at night and we could see them shaking their tails back and forth as they walked. ahhh i jumped on him.. they freak me out. i thought they were going to attack us with some stink.

DUDE I'VE SEEN ALL THOSE MAURY SHOWS. I almost forgot! There was a woman deathly afraid of pickles, another one was afraid of balloons, and I can't remember what the others were - those were the most memorable. XD.gif

Well, my friends make fun of my fear of Dragonflies and Dead people.

lol I guess that is funny?
Atleast the dragonfly part. My boyfriend makes fun of me about that all the time.

And people make fun of me about the dead people thing when I won't watch "Shaun of the Dead". lol

I don't really think my fear of dead people or dragonflies are funny.
But other people seem to.

I saw that episode too. She was afraid of chalk because her grandfather told her chalk was made from dead people's bones. If my grandfather told me that I would be scared too.

I am afraid of those large black garbage bags & big white vans without windows. I call them "Rapist Vans" mellow.gif. I don't think they are "funny" they are just unusual fears.
