if you spit you it tastes stronger. The taste buds for salt are at the tip of your tounge, therefore if you spit you taste it more. I do try to avoid having to do either though.

im afraid to know what the hell other means...i mean you either keep it your you dont...

but i swallow...its just less mess. the taste isnt desirable...sorta like laundry soap but anywho. spitting just seems so..rejected.
