Actually, I'd be fine with post counts disappearing altogether.
 Honestly, I try not to notice, but of course when it's there the tendency is to look over and be like "Hey, I almost have 3,000 posts.. How the hell did that happen?" >_> |

1000 took forever, 2000 was still noticable, and everything else has just sort of appeared even though I didn't really care after that initial rush not to appear a complete noob.

i have over 1000 posts on this accoutn, which i hadnt even noticed...
and meh. i was excited at my 1st 1000, then i stopped noticing. although, i was mildly irritated when i lost that post count. im not sure why, really. |

How the hell did that happen?" >_> yeah i agree. post counts should go die. for some people, they just post here to get their post count up. i think that if you dont pay attention to your post count, it goes by pretty quickly. but if all you're trying to do is get your post count up, it could go by pretty slowly. |
