It's not the community's fault, it's the individuals who do this and I think more people should have it brought to their attention since a lot of the times they really just don't know... Thanks for expressing your anger and thoughts toward createblog about your wonderful contribution and dedication and taking it back. I am admired and was inspired by your work at all time. As you know, stealing and jocking situation is part of designer’s experience. Designers will always fuss about it which isn’t a good thing because it’s always unfair. When submitting graphics, everyone must agree the fact they are risking their graphics. To avoid someone to claim work, credit should be label on artwork at a right spot. Therefore, it’ll discourage jockers. That’s the best it can done.
Don’t forget. You’re not the only who experienced the “jocking artwork”. All of us, designers, had these experiences. It doesn’t matter if there’s a rule saying, “no stealing or jocking”, people will always break it. designers had a choice to submit or not. It's their fault. There are always consequences in what we do. |
