possibly one of the best bands ever? jesse lacey's lyrics are something else. and you can just feel his emotions in the songs. jaws theme swimming and the no seatbelt song are defintely my favorite.
anybody seeing their summer tour? i'm going (hopefully)! i really can't wait. i'd pretty much kill to see them. |

I was going to see them in Boston on July 25th... until I noticed they were playing in Hartford on the 26th and that's waaaaaaay closer. And I love the Webster because it's such a small venue (capacity is 1,000)!! :) So, once the tickets go on sale, I'm all over them. :) And it's great because I saw Dashboard at the Webster, too. Seriously, I love the Webster Theater.
ANYWAYS! Did anyone get the leaked demos? They were leaked like, WAY back in January. They recorded 55 tracks in preparation for the new album and 9 of them got leaked. Um. It's good. REALLY GOOD. It's so awesome to hear Jesse singing new songs. I think my favorite song ever is "The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot"... the lyrics are AMAZING! |
