I live because that's the card I've been dealt with. I have to make the best of it and try to fulfill my life to it's best potential. Also, it's helluva a lot better than the alternative.

I'm 21 years old too.

I live because God has allowed it and has something destined for my life. At least that's my religious belief.

Dunno why you live ('cause, unfourtunately, I am not all seeing), but I live for the moment. No seriously. If there weren't the little perky moments to make you happy... Then where would you be? Uh... In... -whispers- Hades no sekai. -nod, nod- So I live for the next happy moment.
Ouch. I sound like an anime character. -goes chibi- "Watashi no ikikata wa..." -returns to normal, shakes head- Hen desu.

The experiences you have...well, I think so anyways.

Why do I live? Good question. I live for the sake of living, how about that? *shrug*

so youd rather let religion dictate your life than live it? is that really living?

I suppose we all serve a purpose in life. We just need to live long enough to find out what it is. Or perhaps it's because we get a taste of happiness, sadness, misery---feelings. If someone could really answer that question, that would be grand.

Maybe we don't even have a purpose. Maybe it's merely just to...feel?

isnt feelings a product of life, in that we are able to feel because we live, and not the other way around? what if there is no purpose? say youre 60 and still havent found your purpose, would you patch up that meaninglessness with a lie, as youre life then amounts to mere existence, or would your questions run out by then?

^ It is your choice. To shape your life. It is you who decides what you want and how you're going to get it. Some people dream and some people achieve, I guess.

I could not live if God didnt give me life.

And that's all I can really say or want to say. My religious beliefs are a very personal matter.

im sorry if i offended you. if it helps, my parents are christian missionaries. all my life i moved around because of this. so religion has deeply affected and shaped my life. but i have not stopped questioning. have you?
