I just got Les Parapluies de Cherbourg or The Umbrellas of Cherbourg in the mail from Barnes and Nobel a few days ago. Amazing and beautiful film. Got it from a friend for my birthday. It makes me so happy.
The dialouge is entirely sung in French, but it isn't exactly a musical as it has no real songs or choreography. Just a very fun, very magical, and delightful film. Bitter sweet and everlasting.  Edit // Triple post, BUMP?! |
