i've never seen the movie but some people said it was good .. others said i was just alright .. but there are so many movies out there with similar plots .. like the movie frequency which was one of my all-time favorites and it was really touching .. i'll have to see the butterfly affect and see how i feel afterwards..

Anyways, yeah this movie was good. I don't get how they rated it a half of a star out of five. |

Yo.. I cried at the Director's cut. This was the only movie I ever cried in so far. yeah...that was so sad. i didn't expect that kind of ending but it's kind of better than the one in the movie in a way. at least kayleigh went through life without having her like first crush break her heart by telling her such horrible things. i saw it on dvd. at first i thought it was going to be crap because of what the critics said. did the critics watch the same movie that we did? i loved that movie. |

God awful movie. It has to be the worst film I own, by a long shot. And, I own Big Trouble in Little China.
It tries far far too hard to be taboo. Come on, exploding babies, molestation, and attempted quadriplegic suicide all in the same two hours of story? Awful. The dialogue is terrible. Kutcher does a sub-par acting job, as his co-stars make him look worthy of Oscar nominations. The characters don't seem real. The visual style is very much d**k directing for the MTV ADHD attention-span-induced generations. Comic relief is utterly forced. Dramatic scenes are played out, and become funnier than the so-called comic relief. Awful, awful film. Worst script in a long, long time. Man these assholes can't write, and there are two of them. They still can't come up with a good idea. "Let's make her a hooker this time! AWESOME!" False starts. Abrupt ending. No memorable lines, characters, places, or notable philosophy, aside from the director's cut sorry ass excuse for a Jesus story. The arbitrary use of Choas theory in the title, and following scenes makes me want to piss and shit my pants in the light of the most unbelievable "multiple worlds" story-line in recent memory. And, as someone so beautifully put it, "Ashton Kutcher has about as much depth as a puddle." This is a horrible film that never would have been made if it wasn't for Ashton Kutcher's dumb producer ass. The script is atroucious. The execution is even worse. This is bad cinema. This is the creame of the crap. Shit shit balls shit shit. |

^ Tell us how you really feel.
It's definitely not my favorite film. I think it started out with some promise, but then things got way too convulated and way too trite. Amy Smart is a decent actress in my opinion, but Kutcher needs to stick to the hammy comedy he's good at. PS - I love Big Trouble in Little China. |
