The cutting around her hair seems weird.. Kinda cartoony?
The texture is okay... but the film strip looks kinda outta place. But other than that its good. |

^ Perhaps then selecting the image and feathering the outline a bit? (I don't know if you can feather in PSP or not)
The colors are very pretty, by the way. |

i dont see where the film strip come in and uhm i think you should use another font, scriptina doesnt work with every picture so yeah.. |

maybe use a different color for the brush.or lower the opacity.i like what you did with those textures.good job.font is out of place. x; likethey said

instead of cutting her out you should of faded her into the background and i think the picture looks too dark
 and that font doesnt really go with it
