like when i'm out alone with my bf, i feel kind of nervous, cause sometimes theres nothing to talk about! and also, i dont like getting close to guys physically, as in making out. but yeah... anyone else feel this way?

We need this information. If you're 12, it makes sense that you aren't into making out. If you're going into late teenage years, it can become more of a discussion.

It depends for me. If he likes me, I get uncomfortable because of things that have happened to me previously. And I know I shouldnt judge boys based on others, but when its happened more than twice with boys who seem so nice, I dont know what to expect

If its a boy I like, and he doesnt like me ( or doesnt know I like him ) any of my guy friends or any boys in general im just myself, and im comfortable.


Its normal to feel a little bit weird if its the first few dates. But after a while I see no reason why you would be uncomfortable around him. As for getting uncomfortableness physical, it means you are just not ready to engage in sexual activity yet.

That doesn't mean you're a crappy girlfriend, it means you're not very confident in yourself, or you just really don't like the guy.

There's two possibilities I can think of;;

1. You just aren't ready, too young and nieve. Time will come.

or

2. Possibly look into the question of being a lesbian? I would only consider this if you were older, like someone else said, not 12 or something.

i agree, maybe what you're looking for just isn't in this guy.

you should be able to be who you are when you're in a relationship. sure things are awkward in the beginning because the relationship is shiny and new. but eventually, you should be able to get through that phase. just talk about things you like, your hobbies, your favorite sports, ask him what he likes, etc.

after all...what kind of relationship will it be if you can't communicate and tell him what's on your mind?
