"(off-topic)" means writing something which has nothing to do with the subject the message board is there for but it's related with a reply/post from that message board and its used to Avoid Spam. *( i've learn`it from about 4 years of Admin on message boards, but i dont think you have that much as a Moderator even, just saying)

Well, I personally don't think we should get a whole new regular member to replace James. He, along with Justin, thought up of the idea of by-laws. Maybe we could find a replacement, just for the month?

Allllright. Well I suggest we post a thread somewhere more in the public eye asking for people who are interested and then those who are still on the staff will decide who we think is best.

Well, Nicki can take James' place permanently and Suzzette can take Nicki's for the staff part of the committee as she sparked interest...if that's fine with you.

nicki should remain on staff, but since james has been suspended, nicki can just take his part as stated. i guess we could hold openings for the staff position, but i dont know who all wants to be on.

I don't really think we should just automatically put Nicki or Suzzette on the committee. Yes Nicki was on already, but we should see how many members are interested first.
