Well with the way you type maybe you should consider concentrating on school a little more. Having a girlfriend isn't everything. So unless you are MADLY in love with this girl, is it really worth getting your parents pissed at you?

SUZZETTE PLEASE MOVE THIS TOPIC!

Well your parents were right about you getting hurt. But it's better to experience hurt or pain or mistakes earlier rather than avoiding it because in the future, it can help you avoid the next mistake. And maybe you CAN focus on school and relationships? Just don't act like your girlfriend is the whole world though because once you guys break-up you might get all emo and that would be pointless since there are a lot of other girls out there.

edit

lmfao shauna, lol nice....yes maybe he should focus on school a little bit more.

^ Why thank you.

Like she said, it is possible to concentrate on both, but if you can't, ditch the girl and go for the academics. Unless you plan to have her carry your children. And don't become emo, it's not hot. Especially if you get the chick cut and the girl pants, because then people can't tell your gender.

But seriously??? skul?? IT'S SCHOOL! IT PUTS THINGS IN YOUR HEAD, IT ISN'T YOUR HEAD!

My parents are exactly like that, but they don't know, so I don't care really.

HAHAAH.

How old are you? I'm assuming it's only physical attraction at this stage.

Okay, fine, maybe it's not, maybe the two of you have a bond that you see lasting forever. Well, then, run away from your fob parents wink.gif

Okay so basically she isn't some player-slut-whore girl. Well, as long as you are able to concentrate on school and her, then go for it. Maybe once as you guys have been going out for 3 months or so, reveal it to your parents, tell them how long you've been dating, and also tell them how much of an effect it had on your grades.

You make sure it's very hidden, because if they find out, the trust is completely gone, and you just prooved their point.

yeah I guess it's pretty much better to tell them. You have to find a way to convince them that you're mature enough to handle this. The only reason why they're being fobbish is because they don't trust you enough.
