Check out: Toadies, Texas is the Reason, and Red Animal War. All good bands that have a similar style to the ones you listed.

then what's the point of a mp3 player? lol it's an actual MP3 player that allows you to drag songs from your computer onto the creative mp3 player with a usb cord.... all the main big stores have these creative mp3 players nowadays....if downloading was so illegal they would not even bother with mp3 players :P heh. even movie stars download lol i saw a short interview once , i forget who the guy was but they were talking about downloading and he say's he downloads music all the time.. it's kind of funny ^_^

^ You can download mp3's by paying for them online. Also, you could always buy a CD and rip it.

Uhm...yeah, try:
"Aside" by the Weakerthans
"You've Got So Far To Go" by Alkaline Trio
"Radio" by Alkaline Trio
"Welcome Home" by Coheed and Cambria
"Jerk It Out" by the Caesars
"Girl's Not Grey" by AFI
"Your Sweet 666" by HIM
"Turn My Camera On" by Spoon
"Stay Don't Go" by Spoon
"Idioteque" by Radiohead
"Lover I Don't Have To Love" by Bright Eyes
"Sex Is Personal" by the Faint
"Posed To Death" by the Faint
"Please Please Please" by Head Automatica
"Little Sister" by Queens of the Stone Age
"Only" by Nine Inch Nails
"Ribbons" by the Sisters of Mercy
"Nine While Nine" by the Sisters of Mercy

If you're thinking of going out a limb, you might want to check out Mindless Self Indulgence ("Shut Me Up" and "Thank God") and The Blood Brothers....(anything by them really, but "Ambulence Vs. Ambulence" and "Trash Flavored Trash" are the first two to jump to mind)
