hi, im trying to save a picture as a transparency in photoshop, but the problem is, i dont know how to. does anyone know how to do that? if so, can you help me out asap!! thanks.

Dunno if i got that right,if not,sowwy, here it is,
Step .1 * Create a new file  Step .2 * Choose "Transparent" Background  Step .3 * Create a new Layer  Step .4 * Click on your new Layer * Next go to your "Set Foreground Color" Box ->  and choose the White color.* Select "Paint Bucket Tool" and fill your new Layer with White.  Step .5 * Click on your new Layer * Go "Opacity" & "Fill" and adjust those little scroll bars untill you get the transparency you need.  That's all, i hope this is what you are looking for,if not sowwy. Thank You Enjoy. |

.Gifs are less space then pngs. Gifs and pngs go transparent.
Unless he uses psp8. and that whole first paragraph you typed i have absolutely no clue what your talking about. |

look an example for you,so you can understand better,if you put an transparent layer (0%opacity/0%fill) be2ween your background picture and your text,it will look 200% more clean and you dont really need glasses to read what you wrote there.  because lock/unlocking the 1st picture/background or whateva wont help you too much. |

heh anyway,too bad inhibited_love didnt said the magic words,cuz when someone say "transparency" i think about 2388284 things in the same time so its a little confusing...

Lol? anyways, yahh i can imagine thinking a bunch with transparency, so i dunno i think its the background, on my computer you do what you do in photoshop convert to imageready, then press preview in browser, then it goes to it right click and press save to the desktop, its easy for me. Lol i work on mac
