Down here the girl's gonna dump the guy or they will agree on a break up. Usually the guy's don't go with her but the girl's think they do because they had ____. You fill in the blank. I didn't want to get in trouble for saying that. Some people are too strict and will start pmin me.

Hm. Girls have this thing where they think they're so much better than everyone else and possibly outgrown or too good for their boyfriend. Or they find another guy that's so much better. Ugh. WHY CAN'T PEOPLE JUST BE REAL?

I think that usually the girl is the dumper but I think that guys think about breaking up first but are too afraid of the girls reaction or doesnt want to hurt her [ girls are at times to emotional] =D

I think usually boys do the ending. They can flirt and then dump you and always find another girlfriend if they're attracrtive to everyone .. I don't know ... i just always have this thought ever since I liked that guy.

The GIRL!!! I think that is more common. Like how they do it in the movies, a girl dates some boy for like 3 months then dumps him and she does to it with an another guy. same y i feel (not really). USED. (not to say all situations are like that).

Well, you can't say boy or girl, because everyone's different and everyone finds different problems in each other. I chose Mutual just because...no reason. But you can't judge it by boy or girl I think/.

From what I've heard, the girl dumps the guy because she "get bored." That's pretty sad, actually. Other than that, I think mutual.

uhm yeah it depends, in my case only 1 girl ended an old relationship, but only by leaving from the country, not really dumping me or even saying anything like that, since we are still friends..

What Chii said is true. Most guys don't want to be labelled as the "dumper" who broke the girl's heart. They'd rather have the girl break it off with them because it seemed to be the gentlemen thing to do, not breaking the girl's heart.
From my experience, it was the guy who broke it off. However, when I asked him about why, he said that he had really wanted me to break it off with him, so that's why he's been ignoring my IM's and phone calls, and acting indifferent towards me at school. He said that if I had broke it off instead of him, I wouldn't be as hurt, and we might still have a chance to be friends. I suppose in a sense it is true... From the people at my school, it is the guys who end the relationship contrary to what everybody has said here. Or maybe that's cuz the girls at my school are very very clingy, including me =P |

from most of my observations..
guys break it up when the girl is too clingy, the girl has been two timing, or the guy found someone else. when it's girls i personally think mainly it should be the guy not caring or annoying, high expectations, or they got a new guy. it really depends the best way would be mutual.. but i cant find a way to stay friends with any of my ex`s. |

 They say the better you know a person,the better you know their flaws, some people can't deal with flaws so well.. But at my school mostly girls break up with guys because they are 1) easily bored 2) argument 3) relationship dying out. or like me.. Expect too much out of a relationship..
