I found some of your ratings of myself and our moderators to be rather interesting. Let's all keep in mind that a moderator has many duties, not just performing moderator actions or maintaining a high post count. But anyway, just thought I'd share with you guys a ranking of our mods as far as logged moderator actions:

1) SpiritedFreak
2) uninspiredfae
3) tweeak
4) sweetxsimplicity
5) allthatglitters
6) Frankie
7) MissMata
8) kryogenix
9) barely_coherrent/gigipolis
10) XKali_chik_4_lifeX
11) sammi rules you/headphones
12) Teesa
13) aZn_KyOoTi3_x3
14) Days Nearly Over
15) stephinika
16) Gypsy Eyes
17) D1SMANTLED
18) mouse_3k
19) Heathasm
20) nyah-nek0
21) StanleyThePanda
22) jordanriane
23) dani41790

* please take into account that some moderators have been around longer than others.

^ Moving, closing, deleting, merging, editing, pinning, etc. of topics; and accepting and rejecting skins and scripts. However, since the implementation of CB2, it no longer logs the acceptance/rejection of skins.

remember, you can't just base these ratings solely over this summer. many of the mods were once active a while ago...THAT'S WHY THEY WERE MODDED. i think some of y'all need to recognize that.

Holy crap, that scared me.

And yeah, I use to ALWAYS go into the design forums, but lately, I haven't been.. I just got back from vacation.. and I don't think I go into Digital Art a lot.

even if a moderator only does one mod action a month, it's not liek thier mod status is hurting anything.

i mean, if a mod appears inactive, should it matter? new mods can be appointed. if they can only be a bit active, should it matter? as long as they don't go on a power trip and stuff, why should anyone care that there are inactive mods?

You don't really help out that much in Myspace Help. You come in every once in a while. But hey, it's not like you don't help out at all.

Probably because it's only like.. the mod wants to be a staff for the title. I mean, they're not helping anyone. They just want the title and look cool. Probably? o.o

^ but i'm sure they'd still close bad threads when they came across them, right?

and they had to be active and such when they were chosen, right?

yea.

Well Xanga Staff does do it MOST OF THE TIME, because no myspace mods are ever online besides Sammi and she's posting elsewhere, until now when I read her posts. So some of the xanga staff helps out accepting/rejecting skins. But I'm talking about actually taking out time to help someone. I mean that's what myspace staff is for right? Answering other members questions in Myspace Help and performing moderating actions?

^ you don't need to be in a special member group to do that, so i'm sure some members will step up to the plate and help answer questions.

Toby, you do ? I don't think you need to anymore since there are Myspace staff.. But okay.. o_O

Alvin, I don't think you would know who accepts the skins, being that you are not a mdoerator and do not know anything that the moderators do behind the forums. Which shows in some of the ratings you give.

Edit// Just because you answer questions in the help forum doesn't mean you're cut out to be a staff member. Seriously. It doesn't.

So what's the problem? As Mr Acid pointed out, members help out and they certainly do not need to be a staff person to do so. Why are we pointing out the obvious, Alvin?

I was just saying that I know that xanga staff does it sometimes because Teesa, Toby, and Carrie have accepted some of my skins before.

...OK SORRY I DON'T POST IN EVERY SINGLE MYSPACE HELP THREAD.

That is not my job. It's not even my job to in Myspace Help at all. My job is to accept skins and scripts. Ok, so I haven't accepted any of your skins. BIG DEAL. FYI, I accepted/rejected at least 15 skins today. YOU WOULDN'T KNOW THAT THOUGH. So don't act like you do.

Answering people's questions and helping them and accepting skins and scripts?

NEWSFLASH. That's what I do.
I think giving me a 50% out of 10 because I'm not in Myspace Help 24/7 is a little harsh.

And oh, you help so much? I believe you just recently posted that boxes a girl was asking for were pictures, when they were clearly text. GOOD HELP. thumbsup.gif
