alright so today i go to school and the air conditioning is broken.

and it's the south.
so it's like... 95 degrees and 100% humidity.
and that totally sucks.
and all the surfaces have condensation on them.
all. even desks, lockers, walls.

and then.

the floors start melting.

the glue and the wax on the tiles start melting... and the whole floor is just completely slick and nasty. there's like all this dirt and stuff in the wax that will be trapped when it solidifies.

there was a cricket in one class. i think it alread died of heat.

my school doesnt' have windows either.

(they let us out at 12:30, so that was nice. fixed the air too. )

anything like this ever happen to anyone?

no windows? is that allowed? i know that your bedroom has to have at least one window...does that apply to classrooms too? i think it should, i've never had a class without a window.

my gym class has windows and like 2 fans but it still sucks because we have to workout for most of the period (1hr+15 minutes) so it would seem like i'm in your situtuation.

Well I live in Texas and at my middle school they couldn't have many windows because of tornadoes..

But yah, one time that happened to me in 7th grade. All the electricity went out and we're all sitting in the classroom dying. But the school didn't start to melt...lol

impossible ....all schools are required to have a window or something ..for safety and emergency ......for each classroom or next of it . its a federal law .

you want to argue with the cinderblock wall?

there are some windows in the new wing, a few near the lunchroom. the doors in the halls have small windows.

there are fire escape doors, which satifies federal guidelines.

and yes, school this early. _dry.gif

my classes room are either extreme cold or at a nice comfortable temp.

meaning...this would never happen to any rooms in my school. that would be cool to see though.

^ it was originally built as a state prison. However, it was made obselete by a new prision and so they cut down a bunch of the walls and made it into a school.

what am i saying... prisions have windows. with bars, but still windows.

yea.

it was built in the cold war, and we have a military base in our town, so people say it was made to withstand a nuclear blast.

(our town was the third on the soviet strike list. whoohooo! beat out chicago and all those other big cities. only beat by DC and NY. )

errr.. yea.

so it might be actually bomb proof or it might just be a rumor. ( oh yea we get tornados here too, that might be it)

i think i should tell stories to the freshmen about the school. and how there's a sub-human race living in the ventilation that hunts the mice that live in the celing (those actually exist).

hmmmm...

Our schools have windows, but I doubt it's from emergencies. They're so high up by the lights. T_T
My classrooms are always too cold, if the air conditioning is broken, the teacher might be nice and we'd have a lesson outside.

Yeah, back in Arizona. Before school ended fresh. year, the air conditioning broke and it was hot as f**k. So at lunch I called my mom and told her it made me feel sick, so she came and picked me up!
