I'm just curious if guys if guys would date a "ugly girl". My brother says that he can't possibly do that because all he would be ble to think about is how much a nose job cost, even if the girl has a golden personality I'm just curious if guys any guy would date a girl who is not drop dead gorgous.

As long as I find her attractive, I am not terribly concerned what others think.

i wouldn't totally agree, because i think maybe when you first see the person you may not find them attractive, but i think if you got to know them and fell in love with their personality, they become more attractive to you, even if others think he/she is 'ugly'

It's probably true that there are guys who focus more on personality, etc. but they wouldn't even try to find out if there wasn't atleast a little physical attraction.

Sorry to put it in a mean way, but guys (and girls) won't bother to go up to an ugly girl (or guy) and say, "Hey. Do you like basketball?"

Let's not sugar coat it, gang. Looks matter. However, we've all got different ideas as to what we find attractive. Someone who I believe is beautiful in my eyes could be hideous in yours and vice versa.

If society brands a guy I like as "ugly", I, frankly, wouldn't care. As long as I find the person attractive, that's all that matters.

everyone has different taste, some ppl can find an ugly person personally attractive and u always see like these beautiful women going out with men, but u hardly ever see the good looking men going out with ugly women, a majority of guys are shallow..
