(with his whole "hesitation" thing going on)  Yeah, well why didn't Snape kill anyone on the way out? He stunned people at the most. He was told not to kill Harry by Voldemort....but the only one that Snape killed was Dumbledore.....no Aurors....students...staff....no one. Don't you think it's unusual that Dumbledore never once said.."please don't kill me"...or hell....not even a "please don't". Only a "Severus....please". A little peculiar. So I believe that Snape is not so much....good.....but not a death eater.....he is an ass though. |

JK said that in this book we would find a BIG secret about LILY but all we found out was that she was "good" at potions which I doubt but then again who knows.. Did any of you catch anything in the book that tells us about lilys secret?

i dont know i just still think snape is good ; usually when the twist in the story occurs, harry has no idea about it (sirius being good, ron's rat, who was opening the chamber, quirrel was bad) but this time he had suspiscions all along that snape was helping malfoy and maljoy was a death eater...

you guys have really good points. when i first read the book i couldn't believe that snape was bad. i was so convinced he was a good guy. but with my whoel idea of it being so cheesy with the "masterplan" and snape's continuous switching of seeming to be evil or good. i don't know and basick. nice spelling of "maljoy"
