Well, if it's after a date. Then she'll stall some how to stay outside. That's when you go.

If it's casual. Then do this:

Play with her hair. Just with one hand, kind of twirl her hair in your fingers and comment on it. Look at her lips, and if she continues to let you do this and even smiles. Then, she's ready to be kissed. If it's y'alls FIRST kiss, then yes, do the 90% thing. If not, then you kind of tease her a little bit, instead of actually kissing her, just brush your lips against hers and lean back. Continue talking, and then do it again, this time, hold it for about 3 seconds, and repeat. This will build up a tension inside her, and eventually, SHE will choose to kiss you all the way.

Same concept, just diffrent approach, don't rush, but don't wait.

yep, the hitch advise seems more sinsible. i mean, i don't prefer the whole barry white thing (lol), but if a dude was about to kiss me, if he went 90% of the way, i would catch on and do the other 10%. but...i'm kinda shy though, he might have to go 95% for me.

That was really good advice---it's true--a lot of girls let guys know whether they want to be kissed or not by like the way the talk or their physical movements (blah forgot the term for it).

the way i do it is the kinda strange way...I offer the person gum...and transfer the one in my mouth into the other person. But I only do that when I'm sure the other person likes me.

maybe like if you go somewhere. you can do the whole flirty thing and kiss her forehead. and if she doesnt back away then wait a while and then jus lean in for it i guess. shed get the idea.
