My friends parents are overly religious they said even if he was dieing and they had a choice between giving their 10 percent of their income to the church or buying the medicine that would save his life, they chose giving the money to the church.

:/ Well... I work with Vacation Bible School in summer, pray almost every night, and go to church on special occasions... but my family isn't really all that religious.
Except for my aunt and uncle... they pray before every meal and all that good stuff. Oh, and my Grandma is always saying how I shouldn't wear so much black because, "Black is the DEVIL'S color!!! Plus, it doesn't make you look pretty."  The last time I prayed other than at night before I went to sleep or at church was when my mom and I were praying for the Spurs to win.

well im a christan...and i dont force my religon on others..i go to church on sunday nights for my youth group....
but my Grandma is wiccan....and i've talked to her about her choice and i think its perfuctly fine to have a differnt religon but i just prefer Christanty..but i dont blame everything on the devil or say it is God's plan even if it is i dont go around saying that bc i respect others enough to know that it makes some uncomfortable to say stuff like that...and plus it a lil weird...  i also understand that some people dont like church but believe in God....bc thats how my mom brother and dad are.. soo i also respect that!!!
