I wouldn't know but I've read that your first time most likely could be extremely painful. I'm planning to lose my virginity after I get married.

It's supposed to hurt the first time and by the 3rd time is supposed to be "pleasurable". Well, thats what I am told

Hmm.
If you're not relaxed on penetration
it would hurt.
Yeah, if the hymen broke during intercourse
you'd bleed and start to hurt.
But if the guy wasn't considerate
and just rams his d**k into you
and thrusts back and forth that
can also call for pain.
Slow and steady is the key really if it's
your first time.

Very hard to say lol. You'll find out once you do have sex for the first time. Most athletic girls say that it doesn't hurt the first time while girls who aren't athletic tend to say that it hurt. It's just based on the individual, every girl is different.

Also, I've been hearing a lot about tampons breaking a hymen. During your period your hymen is open which is obvious or else your menstrual blood would not be able to come out. When using a tampon during your period you would not break your hymen.

Again, some girls aren't even born with a hymen. I don't even know if I had one or if it broke the first time I had sex. All I remember was pain (not to scare you) but I'm also not the athletic type. I don't think you can feel when your hymen breaks during the first time you have sex but I could be wrong- I just didn't feel it.

if your friend plans on doing it again, it wont hurt as much becuz there is no longer a barrier there to be broken.

as for you, join any sports team that involves a lot of stretching that targets your lower half so that it stretches out your hymen or whatever. that way, when you do intercourse for the first time, you'll less likely to bleed and experience any pain

It really depends.
Scientist say that women 20 years from now won't be born with a hymen. blink.gif Yeah I know...

i would imagine if you'd already broken the hymen with a tampon it wouldn't hurt as much. however, breaking it with a tampon can't possibly be fun eitherr

Oh hell it doesn't. I've never felt anything so..painful. I mean with the tampon, of course.

But yes as others said, the girl probably broke her hymen. Or her boyfriend went too far and he hit her cervix.

If a guy goes to far and hits a girl's cervix it is not painful. It's a strange feeling yes, but it shouldn't be painful and if it does then I would recommend visiting a doctor. Not only that, but the guy would have to have a long one lol in order to hit the cervix.

Sex can be painful the first couple times (mine was very painful as well but now I can't even remember how painful it was. I just remember thinking, "Thank god I got it done and over with so I don't have to go through it again! lol") The only other reason why sex should hurt after that is if there is something medically wrong with you or you are having sex to much (in other words, you get pretty sore.) I've also heard that the guy's "splooge" as people call it, can be a bit painful. Strange eh? It's very rare but some guy's "splooge" may be very potent or the girl may be very sensitive.

er... pinch.gif for most girls it hurts the first time. After that it's enjoyable but yes it's usually painful at first but you have to get past the pain in order to enjoy it.

it hurts for the first time if you havent popped your cherry, it will break and you will bleed. even if you have from gymnastics or any other reason before the penis has entered and broken the hymen, it may still hurt because your not used to the sensation. it hurts for some females, and other feel the pain&pleausre and others just feel the pleasure.

what a lot of people have said is right, if you break your hymen then it can hurt and you may bleed.. but another thing is if you are nervous or really not well.. 'in the mood', your vaginal muscles may contract making it hurt more when you have sex [ this can happen when putting in a tampon too.. that's why some girls have trouble when they first use them ]. but if you're doing it with someone you really care about and are excited about it.. then it should feel good because of the orgasm(s) [ which girls actually can have more orgasms then guys lol.. so in a way it can feel better for a girl ]

lol and i'm a virgin so i'm not speaking from experience.. just from what i've read and talked about with people.

I'm still a virgin, so I wouldn't so if sex hurts or not.

But how come they say it hurts the first time you have sex because you break the hymen, while they say that when your putting a tampon in it shouldn't hurt, even though it should also break the hymen? wacko.gif (I have never used a tampon though, heh.)

QUOTE
Many people are under the impression that the hymen is located within the vagina. It is not. It’s part of the vulva, the external genital organs. It’s located outside the vagina. The hymen is a layer of tissue, just like the tissue around the opening of your vagina that partially conceals the vaginal orifice. You may or may not have one, most females do. The hymen is named after the Greek God Hymenaeus -- the God of marriage and weddings.

Yeah so I had mine popped manually , so I guess it shouldnt hurt that much , but another reason it would hurt because it stretches >_<
