Don't worry, it's normal, a lot of people have it. I had it really bad when I was younger (8-14), but now I sort of "outgrew" them. IT's heriditary, cause my dad and brother had them during their teen years. I think they will eventually go away, just try not to scratch them, and maybe put some sort of lotion on it. Ask your doctor and see what he/she recommends.

I think I know what you're talking about and I have had those since I was 5 or younger. You should put the acne stuff, that gets rid of them.

Wow, that was painful to read. Anyways, go see a doctor or dermatologist, they can tell you what it is and what to do about it

I forget what it's called but it's really common... if you use a bath lily (thouse plasticy poof thingies) then it helps, as does exfoliating. Whatever you do, don't pick at it because it just gets worse!
Don't get down about it, you'd be surprised how many people have it without noticing! ![]() |

i've got that stuff. but it's going away. i guess it does that when you go through puberty or something? i'm not quite sure.
but don't worry. just put lotion on it. and if you're self conscious, then don't wear tank tops. |

I have one bump on my upper left arm. They're completely normal. My father told me why they formed, I just forgot what.

Yeah, like what everyone said, most likely its hereditary. Have you asked you parents about it, or seen them or at least one of them have them? However, just go see a dermatologist or your doctor. I would suggest you use Benedryl Lotion so that it won't be tempted to scratch them.

I used to have it too. It's probably because your skin is dry. I have exzema and for sure it's not that. Get lotion or ask your doctor about what would be best for you.

I have it too.
![]() I've tried all kinds of things to treat mine, but nothing has helped. I have it on my arms and legs...I may try some of the treatments on that site to see if they will get rid of it. |

I have those too. Their like heat bumps from the sun. I've been trying to get rid of it. But I doubt there's any way. Juhs wear whatever you want. I do, & if people ask, juhs say their bumps from the sun. Got a problem?

I have those too!! When you are taking a bath, take soap, scrub it against your arm, and then rinse the soap off..keep doing that, it'll smooth down, and it will become unnoticable..it's normal, it'll grow out as everyone said.
