OVERVIEW
We're going to hold a competition to design a createBlog logo! This logo will be used for the entire website (once I unify the cb look into the forums). We're also going to hold a site-wide design contest shortly (as mentioned in a previous announcement). The rules for this contest are as follows:


RULES
  • The logo must be an original work of art.
  • The logo should be vector graphics, not a bitmap image.
  • The logo should look well with the current home page of createBlog.
  • The logo should not include any "credits".
  • THINK: simple yet elegant.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
15 JUNE 2005 23:59:59


PRIZE
  • The designer with the winning logo will be bumped up to Official Designer status OR
  • Will be given a free cbstaff.com subdomain for one year.
FORMAT
  • You should save the original source file (.PSD, .PSP) in case you win.
  • Submit a thumbnail no larger than 300x100 into this thread.
SOME LEGAL STUFF
CreateBlog.com will acquire ownership of the winning logo by assignment of copyright. By submitting a logo for entry in the competition, you acknowledge that you made the logo and is the rightful owner and that the logo does not violate any copyright.

Yes, I've left it open because it's Jusun's thread and I'm waiting to find out what he wants to do with it. *shrugs* I mean, no point in closing it if he's not here to judge the logos yet... I guess.

Well, they may just be busy with other stuff right now. Besides, it gives contestants more time to create great banners. But, yeah, it has been dragged out a while. Maybe they could start judging at the end of july?

Jusun (Micron) is in charge of this competition but he's been very busy. We're just going to keep this thread open til he returns. In the meantime, keep your submissions coming.
