4 tips for a flat stomach, who doesnt want 1?

i think that's why you do warm ups... at school they make you do crunches also and if it causes damage to your back, they wouldnt make you do it...

You should also incorporate some cardio exercises. The one thing about getting a flat stomache is not about stregthening it, but reducing the fat layer that covers your abs.

So do about 20 minutes of running, three times a week!

if you do like 100 crunches or more a day and run it should work.... it worked for me happy.gif _smile.gif

i have five coaches, but it's not like i'm their only student. my brother has the same people so that keeps costs down some.

actually the damage is that bad. I have a terrible lower back and my physical therepist told me not to do any crunches because they will make the damage worse. If you want to do a crunch like exercise, put a small pillow under your back, lay down with your hands to your sides, flex your toes (dont point) and raise them about 3 inches off the ground and hold for 15 seconds. Then relax and repeat. That'll help.
