This is for her irrational (sp?) actions towards me. She is not to right to apologise even if she was to accecpt my apology this would have stopped, she deleted my thread and said nothing about it, this thread contained my apology, she diddn't say accecpted or not accecpted.

Most apologies are accepted by mature people and I'm sure she accepted it since she has a very mature personality, but that does not redeem you of the punishment!

The road to correction is quite a long trek.

If she banned you that means you probably should have sent her a personal e-mail instead of posting it on a thread after you were banned? By doing so you disobeyed the rules which is not going to help your goal.
