so my aunt works...well no she worked (she quit) at this lingerie place. she had to learn all this stuff about breasts and everything so she could fit her customers. but anyhoo, she told me about some of it.


[1] only wear sports bras for sports
-if you wear sports bras all the time it can actually press ur breast down.
-also that can make your boobs flat over time. I dont know bout you but i don't think i'd like that.

[2] Stand up strait
- well you should stand up strait anyway, right? but another good reason to stand strait beside the fact that it's good posture is that of you slouch all the time your breasts sort of move apart and you can have boobies under your arms. blink.gif (gross right!?)

- Wear a bra that actually fits you. If it's too big, you won't get any support (and your breasts will start sagging), if it's too small, bits of your breast will bulge out of the bra, and it'll start growing abnormally.

i saw on oprah to wear a bigger cup size and a smaller size around your body. another tip is to get fitted at victoria secret. I did and my boobs looked SO much better

boobs are a pain in the ass... i doubt my bra fits right, i do slouch.. but i dont wear sports bras.. i look flat in them

By press them down, do you mean flatten them, or make them saggy?
