I lick my lips all the time because my lips are always chapped and I don't always have chapstick. It's a bad habit but I haven't been able to break it.

I read that if you lick your lips too much, they could start swelling. But I guess that's a good thing if you want fuller lips.

1. My guy friend do that to me with the stare and stuff in a flirty way, but it's just a joke, they don't wanna go out with me. 2. Dry/chapped or habit 3. Could me he is trying to get ur attention or act flirty. Wait and see what else he does, before you make a decision whether he likes you or not. |
