I asked a girl out, and she said i'll have to think about it. And she didn't come back to me on it. I kinda feel like a rejection. But "Technically" It's not, right?

Ok but what does that mean? And i need some advice, cause i really want to go out with this girl. I dont know what to do.

Technically she hasn't rejected you yet, but depending on how long it's been, I could give you better advice.

If it's been a while, then she's probably not really interested or trying to let you down easily. If she were really interested, she would've given you quicker feedback.

To be honest with you when I tell a guy that I will "think about it" it usually is an easy way of letting him down..But hey thats just me. Maybe she really does like you and needs time to think

Well, yeah, give it time- it depends on how long ago it was. When my boyfriend first asked me out, I told him I'd think about it. It meant that I wasn't really sure, but I was a bit interested. We got to know each other better, and later, I did accept. So maybe she's interested, but shocked that you asked her and needs to think about it... Or maybe she did reject you. Give it some time.

If she waited longer than expected....then she's just not interested but trying to let you down easy. Or...she could just be shy and umm nervous and it'll take longer than expected to answer your question.....or she might just be looking around for other options...It could be anything. Why don't you go up to her and ask her again if she has decided yet? It might speed up the process a whole lot quicker.

sorry dude if the girl hasn't given you an answer then that would mean you've been rejected easily. don't feel bad tho cuz at least she didn't say it straight up.

maybe you should be the one to say something. give her a call and be like "hey look i know you said you'll think about it but i been patiently waiting and i'm starting to think that the answer is no, if so just tell me straight up in an honest way so we won't hurt our friendship in any way"

hmm well a guy friend sort of (indirectly) asked me out... because his friend asked what i would say if he asked me. and i said i'd think about it. but i thought about it, and didn't want to. i havent had time to tell him though.

but who knows what she's thinking. just bring the subject up with her again, see how it goes. good luck
