Last time I checked a celebrity was a person. So it must be cheating if your unfaithful to your mate. So I consider it cheating but that doesn't mean I wouldn't cheat. If Christina Milian walked through the door right now and said "Lets get it on" then I would have to leave my Girlfriend.
JUST Kidding..... I would never cheat if Im in aa commited relationship. |

That's still cheating, even if it's a big celebrity. It doesn't matter who they are. If you have an affair with someone else besides of your bf/spouse; it's considered cheating.

Yes, that's def cheating. I mean, how can you sleep with someone else when ur in a committed relationship?? why would you want to? I considered it cheating already, and I didn't say I WOULD do it, I said I MIGHT WANT TO, I voted yes, ok now thats that settled
I do look at celebs as people, just they are richer, and very hot, I could never cheat, he knows that, like I said b4 I don't want people looking at me as a slut, I derived the poll choices based on what my friends said in our little debate, I'm sorry it just seems like a lot of people are seeing me as this celeb obssesed freak and I'm a cheating whore, I only posted this because my friends said I should to see how people would respond, and suprisingly I thought more guys would think not. I'm very shocked at the results, and I know its cheating, but its just a question and I don't want people to think wrong of me b/c of the question. Don't take it personal, anybody, I figure I should post that cuz it seems like people think I would cheat on him with a celeb. |

I believe it's cheating, despite if the person is famous or not. The whole point of a committed relationship is to love that person and commit yourself to him/her and only him/her.

Uhh.. yeah! If you're in a commited relationship, sleeping with anyone from a hobo to a gay guy to a celeb is cheating. Even kissing a celeb is cheating.
But, I guess it depends on the other person you're dating. If they're okay with it, something's wrong. But, besides that, I guess it wouldn't be cheating in their eyes. |

This is my viewpoint.
It doesn't matter who you're fooling around with. Whether or not you're cheating depends on you, your boyfriend/husband, and your relationship. I mean, if I caught my husband sleeping around with Jennifer Aniston [for example], I wouldn't give a damn if he said "what? She's a celebrity!" If it was a guy I went out with yesterday, than...who cares? We can still be friends, have coffee, but it's not going to affect me like it would if I caught someone who I loved doing that. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." comes to mind
