i dono...i ususally go to sleep very late. like. 12ish or 1ish...and my period didnt come for april. and that happened for feb. and then i just got it march 4th. so i guess that was my period for feb. so i thought that would happen this month too, but its not..its awesome

In the first year.. or 2 sometimes, you get irregular periods. Could be just that.

^ I agree, I don't really think your sleeping pattern has much effect on your cycle.. give it a few years to start coming normally.

dont be silly your sleeping paderns dont effect anything!! It is jus cux your only 13! you will have irregular periods until your like...15 and then it will even out that is until u start to have sex....
I my self never have irregular periods im always within a day of the times |

well as some others have mentioned.. the first 2 years or so your period usually comes irregular. i don't really think that sleeping has anything to do with it.. but then again i could be totally wrong. i used to go to bed at like 12 on school nights and i would have the hardest time getting up and i would have these big dark circles under my eyes and the last couple months i've been getting to bed earlier than 10:30 and i feel SO much better in the morning. wow it's amazing what sleep can do!!
