OK, Im on the hunt for the most ultimate CD with the best collection of songs of all time. Please no posts about bohemian rhapsody and all the old ones that everyones heard of. I've got 'Two Tribes' by Frankie goes to Hollywood and 'Ain't got no (I got life)' by Nina Simone. Again, please think original.
Love and kisses.

OK let me rephrase, no hip hop RnB or stuff in the charts. oh and no crap like slipknot, unless its going to stand the test of time. I just want to know some truly excellent previously not so famous tracks.

This is great, but really now, revelling in the darkness and love of hate that is slipknot, is not something I want on an 'Ultimate CD'.
I've got two more - the levellers - 'liberty song', and John Lennon - 'Working class hero'.
Again this isnt your favourite songs, I got it wrong with the title, this is Ultimate Songs that everyone loves but probably hasn't heard.

Any ways, my list (not including slipknot):
Avenged Sevenfold - Waking the Fallen
Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth
Three Days Grace - Three Days Grace..
Megadeth - Risk
Static-X - Wisconsin Death Trip
Korn - Greatest Hits Vol. 1

and a lot more..

btw, if you're looking for something a little "softer" check out David Bowie

Jesus no. This is ruined, I can honestly say without feeling too bad that I do not give a shit about your personal taste in music, as I can even more safely say that slipknot and the such-like will not make it onto any rational ultimate CD ever. Please from now on, just ultimate songs, I've got 6 so far.

Well, you're making it seem like all of us have said Slipknot.
Only a few people have, so just settle down. We all have different tastes.

"Bloodline" - Slayer.

Congrats on your 9000th post, how do you feel? Sorry but I really just want to hear ultimate songs, my achy breaky heart just gets so emotional at times.

New onto the CD -
'leaving on a jet plane'
'High' - feeder (I couldn't help it)
'English Civil War' - Clash

I'm actually getting a bit anally fixated about this now, really quite sad with all the timings and orders for maximum effect.
