On wednesday, i went to all over new york/manhattan and there are crips everywhere dressing all gangster. If you were to see, they had DOO RAGS, CAPS WORN BACKWARDS, BANDANAS, all dressing gangster-style..roca wear..seen them alot..and camo..wow....Do not go to downtown harlem or queens..you'll probably get scared. Im serious dont. I wanted to get out of there quickly.

at my school it DEFINETLY matters......my school is so ghetto it scares me!

Ok fine to answer your question, its to signify that you are in a gang. The color of your clothes really dont mean anything to a REAL OG, Tattoos, Doo Rags, Bands, all that is what really signify's if you are an actual "G" or not.

red/blue gangsta clothes are supposedly banned from my shcool, but lots of people still wear them.
