Please be patient. Someone will help you when they get the chance. There is no need for double posting. Anyways I just read your post and no, it looks horrible with Firefox. The alignment is off and the fonts are messed up. I'm looking at it right now with Firefox. And I checked it in IE and it looks exactly the same. And I'm not sure why it's not working. I know it's like that for people with xanga premium skins when they have the free trial. Perhaps that's why.

1. Yes, double posting is when you make two successive posts. For example, you posted a screenshot and your code then another post about editing the skin for comments.

2. As for your problem...I've never seen that happen before and I'm not too sure what to tell you since I don't have premium. Maybe if you turn all your settings in to CSS, that might work.

i'll figure out how to fix it eventually

what i want to know is how to skin the comments page, plain and simple

genenerally i think double positng is when you post something twice by mistake. i am very sorry for posting something 2 hours later after my first one

Well to skin the comments/private page you need to utilize the "look and feel" section to create a "non-premium" style skin. All the skins here on createblog are coded that way. Here's a tutorial on how to make a "non-premium" style skin:

http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=48362

btw you have a premium skin up and for some reason xanga only allows premium style skins to show up on the main page.

ah, so that's why i'm not seeing it on the private page?

i assume my site is working for you? what's the difference between prem and non prem skins?

i used to do a lot of coding 5 years ago, but i haven't done it recently. took me a while to figure out i did my comments incorrectly. i ended with --!> insted of -->

thanks guys, i really appreciate it

premium skins sort of make an entire page and the posts, dates, links, are placed as their own special tags such as <$posting calender$> (example not sure)

anywhere you specify them.

non-premium skins input css and divs and a bit of javascript into the custom headers and website stats to change the style of the page based on predefined div classes (like .blogbody)
