You know when you starve yourself and then you eat a little amount of food it makes it worst... Since the body thinks your gonna not eat in a long time again it'll save every calorie it can... Plus you can get ulcers and get tired more easy... Just figure out a good diet... Not the diet as in not eating...

I had the same problem, so I know what it feels like. Sometimes when you get bored you think, Oh I'll just eat something. I usually go up to my friends house when that happens ^^ Or get online and completly lose track of time. Don't think about food unless your really hungry.

Try walking..

Thats what I'm doing..

And yeah try to think of healther things to eat.

here what worked for me. I lost about 25 pounds on this technique. if you have a habit of over snacking, try planning out a food plan the night before. give yourself plenty of leeway, but try to stick to it as closely as possible. then build up a rewards system. So if all week you stuck to your plan, give yourself a treat on sunday. Ice cream, or whatever it is you may crave. The best thing is not to deprive yourself, because this only makes you crave it more, and you tend to give in faster. So yeah, thats my advice. good luck!

if you find yourself reaching for the junk food, imagine the food glued onto your ass and stomach. not attractive.

i go through like a bag of grapes every few days. they're yummy.

i had the same prblem a while ago. dont listen to the freakos who tell u to "not eat". thats just stupid.
try to limit urself GRADUALLY. first week: stop eating that extra cookie (or whatever) u buy at lunch at school. second week: do 20 crunches a day. third week: 30 jumpingjacks a day.
check ur weight and reward urself every time u loose 3 pounds (going to c a movie? a new hat? w/e)

hmMms . how old are you ? since now if your in your teen years ; its normal to eat ALOT more . food is good ^^. try to eat fruits like oranges and if you eat sandwichs . try to add lettuce & cheese. good like _smile.gif

here's a way to take away your apitite:

soround yourself with healthy stuff.

lol, not joking, that's what my mom does. our whole hosue is filllid with this healthy food....and like I wanted a escond lunch a litlte whiel ago, and I Went up stairs to eat, but as soon as I caught site of the tofu (barfe) fors some reason my apetite went away.

and I'm not meaning this to be really funny either, it really does work! and it's not like you'll end up starving yourself or anythign, when you are ACTUALLY hungry and not jsut wanting to eat for the heck of it those health foods will apeal...and while you are gorging you're always gorgiong on healthy food!!! so even if you STILLL can't stop from eating all the time, at LEAST you are ewating someitnhg healthy!!

lol, once again, this is not meant as a joke...IT REALLY WORKS!!

hint: also try not to imaging those mcdonalds burgers (drools) not a good idea tongue.gif

Same here.. I'm like food obssessed. It helps me to chew gum - it makes some of my cravings go away. Also, its not bad to eat alot, just as long as you keep to junk food to a minimum and exercise everyday. Hope that helps.

you have to enforce limits on yourself..start making a list of things to eat everyday, a healthy list, that way you have a plan of food to eat for the day and won't go over...and excersizeeeee

OMGOSH!! this past like 2 weeks i`ve been doing nothing BUT eating..i was about to go to my doctor and ask if there was something wrong with me..haha..i seriously eat allllllllll day long! I think its just hormones or something tho..i dont think anything is wrong..just go work out and stuff..thats what i do and i`ve maintained a nice figure even tho i eat CONSTANTLY..but my weight fluctuates too..i gain some, lose some, break even..whatever..

just do a lot of weight-lifting. eating is good, but dont eat too much. if you think you're hungry again after eating so much food, play a game that can be so addictive. it can take your mind off from eating more food.

ive been eating alot too but i continuely excercise like sometimes ill go out and walk or jog around and stuff do other exercises and stuff

I heard that drinking a lot of water will help you feel fuller when you're really craving food. Maybe you should try eating less amounts of food more times a day. That way, you're not so hungry all the time, yet you still eat enough to satisfy

i found out that by working out you can keep your weight under control...and since im a lazy bum i joined a rowing (crew) team to help me stay active laugh.gif oh and maybe try eating healthyy

Set a goal..keep reminding yourself..Repeat things like "Stop eating." over and over..Also put pictures up all over the place for inluence, like pics of when you were slimmer, or pics of the models with slimming bodies..These hanbit are definitely too hard ot overcome. But definitely eat healthier and workout daily.
