You should never, EVER wear makeup according to what colour your clothes are or what colour your hair is. Wear makeup that compliments your skin tone, face shape, eye shape, eye colour.

Of course, I'm no professional, so I can't give you step by step instructions on what makeup is best for your face, so...yeah.

^^really...? ermm.gif so you'd wear the same make up every day...?

i always thought you were supposed to match your make up and clothes, like you do with your jewelery and bag and etc

There's more than one eyeshadow colour, eyeliner colour, lip colour, blush, etc that compliments your face, you know. And there's different makeup for different occasions.

You're NEVER supposed to match your make up to clothes, jewellery, bag. NEVER. Imagine the mess: you're wearing a powder blue dress, powder blue eyeshadow, frosty pink lipgloss, powder blue shoes and a pink bag...oh the horror.

a shade of the colour your wearing doesn't look bad. you just have to mix and match until you find something that you like.

yes, never match eye-shadow with clothes. ugh.
I would suggest something neutral, maybe a light beige or something like that.

True, I should have said that you should wear whatever makeup looks best for your face. I mean, that could mean it matches with your clothes, but you're not wearing makeup just to match your clothes, you know what I mean?

i don't think it matters what color your shirt is..just do what looks good on your face....smoky eyes and nude lipgloss look good with anything =D keep it natural if you want people to pay attention to your shirt.
